Vintage Midcentury Brutalist Design Ceramic Table Lamp by Emiel Laskaris, made in the Amphora / Perignem Studios, Belgium 1960's. Emiel Laskaris worked primarily at the Perignem / Amphora studios in the period when this lamp was designed and made. Large and heavy ceramic lamp base in grey mettalic glazes. Marked EL, Emiel Laskaris on the bottom (see picture). Abstract figure illustration to the front and back of the lamp base, which is reminiscent of the pre colombian era. Comes in very good, working condition. Measures (including new lampshade) 55,5cm x 50cm x 50cm.
