Vintage Midcentury Modern Belgian Design S11 Model Dining Chair set of 6 by Alfred Hendrickx for Belform, made in Belgium 1950's. Wonderful designed chairs in black stained beech wood and danish seagrass woven seats. All original condition. The chairs are all in good condition. They all have wear from their use and age. Each chair measures 83cm x 45cm x 51cm.

Alfred Hendrickx (Mechelen 1931) is a Belgian designer who is most famous for it's 1950's and 1960's designs. He became best known for it's series of design furniture made by Belform for the Belgian Expo '58. He is considerd to be one of the most influential post-war belgian designers together with Willy Van Der Meeren, Jos De Mey and Lucien Engels.
