Vintage Traditional Artisan Design Balearic Butaca Balear Easy Chair attributed to Antoni Josep Torres Clavé. He adjusted this traditional chair for the Spanish Paviljon of the 1937 World Exhibition in Paris, France. Made in Spain, Balear Islands in the 1930's. Walnut or Nutwood frame with wicker woven back and leather seat with brass studs. This comes in good, all original condition. Has normal signs of wear from it's age and use. The leather seat has a tear, as seen in some pictures. Measures 75cm x 55cm x 50cm. Seat height measures 35cm.
