Vintage Midcentury Modern Scandinavian Space Age Design "KROKUS" model Pod Lounge Chair set by Lennart Bender for DUX. Made in Sweden, 1968. Marked on the bottom. White fiberglass base with Zebra motif fabric. This chair design is an abstraction of a lotus flower created by constructing a deep seat with a round-shaped frame over which the fabric is stretched. These are all original and in very good condition with normal signs of wear from their use and age. The zebra fabric is original to it's fabrication date which is a rather rare edition. Each chair measures 56cm high x 84cm wide x 82cm deep. Chair seat height measures about 30cm.
